This mouthwatering recipe from health guru Joe Wicks and Gousto’s Lean in 15 vary is the proper and simple approach so as to add some low carb consuming to your life.
“You’ll get that tacky tomato pizza goodness by topping British hen breast with wealthy tomato sauce and melty mozzarella. Serve it with a creamy dressed aspect salad,” says Joe.
Components (Serves 2)
1 shallot
1/2 cucumber
1 mozzarella ball (125g)
125g cherry tomatoes
50g child leaf salad
1 tsp dried oregano
5g basil
15ml white wine vinegar
32g tomato paste
30ml mayonnaise
2 British hen breast fillets
Methodology
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C (fan)/ 425°F/ Fuel 7. Add the hen breasts to a baking tray (use tin foil to keep away from mess!)
2. Peel and finely chop (or grate) the garlic. Mix the tomato paste, chopped garlic and a pinch of the dried oregano with 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] water and a pinch of salt – that is your pizza sauce.
3. Drain and pat the mozzarella dry with kitchen paper. Tear the drained mozzarella into tough, bite-sized items Tear the basil leaves roughly.
4. Unfold the pizza sauce over the hen breasts. Prime with the torn mozzarella. Sprinkle over the torn basil leaves
5. Put the tray within the oven for 15-20 min or till the hen is cooked by means of (no pink meat!) and the mozzarella is melted and golden.
6. While the hen is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes in half. Slice the cucumber finely, and peel and slice the shallot[s] as finely as you possibly can. Then add the chopped cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber and sliced shallot to a big bowl with the child leaf salad and provides it a delicate combine up – that is your combined salad.
7. Mix the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar and remaining dried oregano with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper – that is your creamy dressing.
8. Serve the tacky pizza-topped hen with the combined salad to the aspect. Drizzle the creamy dressing everywhere in the salad. Winner!
